Hockey Rankings - 1st Team Girls

Oranje Meisies signed off this term’s matches with a 2-0 win over Affies and with that result lead this week’s Girl’s TurfTech Top 90 Hockey Rankings.

The season is still very fresh but already we are looking at a two horse race between Menlopark and Oranje Meisies who have started the year in impressive form.

There is not much change on the leading group on this week’s Girls TurfTech Top 80 Rankings although Rhenish continues to impress and move up the table.

With the deadline to qualify in for the Oranje Meisie’s hosted FNB Super 12 Tournament on 31^st May, 2018 fast approaching this is how the rankings are looking with a couple of days to go.

We are looking at a fairly stable Girls TurfTech Top 90 Hockey Rankings for this week with not that much change to the top half of the table.

After a fairly busy resumption of the season with the annual Cape Town International Festival held last week which saw Pearson enjoying a successful tournament, we are still looking at a very stable table for this week’s Girls Top 90 Rankings.

For the 5^th time in the past six years it was Oranje Meisies who travelled to the prestigious St Mary’s Waverely Festival and walked away with the crown.

Menlopark snatched a good win over Paarl Gim last week which has nudged them into the top five zone for the first time this year.

Paarl Gim are the only team that inch forward on this week’s Girls Belgotex Sports Top 70 Rankings as they move into their season best to position 7.
