Clifton continue to show why they are considered one of the powerhouses in SA Schools Water Polo as they lead this week’s rankings following a good show of form in recent matches.

28 of Southern Africa’s top water polo schools took part in the St Peter’s College Old Petrian’s U19 Girls Water Polo Tournament last week which once again delivered on excitement and passion.

The long awaited KES Water Polo Tournament was the main event last week which saw several of the country’s top polo teams in action.

St John’s College hits the front on this week’s SA School Sports Top 30 Rankings which is a good reward for a side that has played some enterprising Water Polo and rarely been tested so far this season.

A solid showing by Roedean at Old Mutual Prestige Cup has helped to launch their season and they are well placed in the top three for this week’s rankings.

St John’s College leap up the table after some excellent results of late and there are signs that the JHB powerhouse has found their form of a season or two back and will be a force to be reckoned with in 2018.

This Week’s SA School Sports Water Polo Rankings for this week has St. Stithians out in front although there is still a whole lot of water polo to be played.

In the early exchanges in this year water polo encounters three teams have risen to the top and they are the three teams who finished last year’s season in the top three.

Rondebosch continue where they ended off in 2017 and have immediately hit the front of this year’s SA School Sports Rankings.
