Cannons Creek Independent School held its annual Fun Run event on 9 February 2024, for its in-house school families and any community members wishing to participate. The race accommodated over 600 participants, offering 2km / 4km / 8km events to cater for the serious runners, the joggers, the plodders and even those who simply wanted to enjoy a chance to socialise.
From the enthusiastic cheers at the starting line to the triumphant finish, every step taken contributed to a vibrant atmosphere of camaraderie and achievement. As runners crossed the finish line, smiles abounded, marking not only personal victories but also a collective triumph of unity and support. The event’s success serves as a testament to the school’s dedication to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and active community.
The school acknowledges and thanks Sportsmans Warehouse for supplying branding, and is appreciative towards the various staff/parents/sponsors/vendors who helped make the event the success that it was.
