Maritzburg College is the big casualty on this week’s U16 Boy’s Rankings following a couple of difficult matches in the past weeks.
Michaelhouse took on Maritzburg College and succeeded in taking the scalp of the KZN powerhouse in a close match. The misery continued for College who seemed to get on the wrong side of the decisions when they came up against Westville who held them to a 1-1 draw. The net result is that Maritzburg College plunge down the table and grimly are holding onto their place in the top 5 zone whilst Michaelhouse leap up to 4th position.
Jeppe also make progress and are placed 2nd this week on the table following their brace of victories against Pretoria Boys High and Kearsney College and will be looking to take the top position later this season if they continue in this vein of form.
