Outeniqua have hit the ground running this year on the U16 Rugby Rankings and rise to the top at this very early stage of the season.
Outeniqua last year as an U15 outfit they narrowly missed out on clinching the No.1 spot but in their U16’s jersey this quality team is going all out to ensure that they remain contenders to the end. Monument and Waterkloof were soundly beaten by the young Kwagga’s team and they will prove a difficult proposition for the opposition.
Paarl Gim has also started the season brilliantly as the remain unbeaten so far which includes a well won victory over Grey College. Gimmies have scored heavily in their five outings and they will be eager to repeat their performance of 2017 when playing as U15’s they edged out Outeniqua in nail-biter of a match.
