Overview Sporting Achievements
This last weekend of term 2 saw College boys participate in cross country, cycling, canoeing and shooting events, securing very good results.
Congratulations to the SA Men’s hockey team who won bronze at the FIH Nations Cup in Poland. The team featured five Old Collegians; Brad Sherwood, Tevin Kok, Matt Guise-Brown, Peabo Lembethe and Devon van Niekerk (assistant coach).
We are also very proud of the four College staff members who completed the 2024 Comrades marathon; Lucky Tshabalala, Mark Seager, Katherine Jenkins and Chantall van der Merwe.
Cycling
This weekend the College cycling team took part in the tough Berg and Bush event, securing 4th, 5th
and 6th positions in the Bushbaby category.
Cross Country
College’s cross-country boys have enjoyed an excellent season, with the senior team finishing in 2nd place overall while the junior team took top honours securing gold.

Canoeing
The College canoeists participated in the K2 15km Surkski at Alitalia Shoal over the weekend.
