Paarl Gim maintain a strangle hold on the No. 1 spot on this week’s U14 Top 100 Rankings and it is looking increasingly unlikely that any team will catch them.

However arguably the biggest test for the Paarl Gim U14’s still awaits them when they face rivals Boishaai and that will be the last opportunity any team has of denying Gimmies an unbeaten season. It really has been a phenomenal season on all fronts but defensively their performances have been without parallel. They have only averaged 2,8 points against them the entire season which have included 7 whitewashes.

Affies who have been on course to finish the season with a top 10 position came horribly unstuck against Waterkloof who have fired hot and cold this season but this time managed to put in a top performance to blunt Affies advancing.
