Paarl Gim still leads this Week’s U15 School Rugby Top 100 rankings but it could have been a different story had Boland Landbou been able to hold their nerve last week.
Paarl Gim who has literally been in a class of their own this season was given a huge scare by Boland Landbou who had moments in the match to hand Gimmies their first defeat of the season. However it wasn’t to be for Boland Landbou who battled bravely but at the end narrowly lost out 14-10 to the log leaders.
Yet we do have a congested top end of the table with a big win by Grey High School to keep their unbeaten run alive closing the gap on Paarl Gim.
Rondebosch were another team that were given a fright when Stellenberg matched Bosch for most of the match but at the end were forced to accept an 8-5 defeat.
