The U16 school rugby season is in full swing and the latest rankings have just been released! With some exciting matches already played, it’s great to see some of the top teams battling it out on the field.
After the recent Jean de Villiers festival, three teams have emerged unbeaten and are leading the pack: Paarl Gim, Paarl Boys High, and Paul Roos Gym. These teams have shown exceptional skill and teamwork, and it’s no surprise they have climbed to the top of the rankings.
However, we all know that in rugby, anything can happen on any given day. A team could cause an upset or slip on a banana skin, and suddenly the rankings could be turned on their head. That’s what makes this sport so exciting to watch and play!
We encourage all coaches to keep us informed of their team’s results by submitting them to [email protected] . This not only helps us keep our rankings up-to-date but also ensures that all teams are given the recognition they deserve.
As the U16 rugby season progresses, we can expect to see some thrilling matches and surprising results. Let’s continue to support our young players and celebrate their hard work and dedication to the sport.
