Maritzburg College scored an important win last week over Westville to keep their hopes alive of finishing higher up on the U16 Boys Hockey Rankings.
However the team to watch is certainly SACS who are rising through the field each week and are now into the top 3 zone after a magnificent season so far.
Pretoria Boys High has also hit their straps of late with a brace of wins as they march with the leading 10 teams in the country.
With an automatic invitation to the Paarl Gim Top Schools U16 Hockey Tournament open to those finishing amongst the top 12 on this week’s rankings, the tournament is sure to be a wonderful spectacle.
