SA SCHOOLS ROWING CHAMPIONSHIPS:

On Day 3 of the SA School Rowing Championships, St Andrew’s College crew delivered a strong performance to secure spots in the A Finals.

The U15 Octuple showcased impressive form in qualifying and went on to secure a 7th-place finish overall.

In a remarkable effort, the U19 Double Scull duo of Marcel Llewellyn and Olona Kamba overcame the odds to reach the A Final, ultimately finishing in 8th place.

The U19 1st Eight demonstrated their dedication with an improved performance in training throughout the week. Their hard work paid off as they qualified for the A Final in style. In a fiercely contested race, the crew put on a commendable display, securing 5th place.

St Andrew’s College Water polo – KES Tournament

Joshua Hinks marks a significant milestone, playing his 50th game for the Blues against Clifton at the KES tournament. Congratulations, Josh!

The First Team delivered a strong performance, securing a 4-1 victory over Clifton High School to advance to the Plate Final. In a hard-fought match against Paul Roos Gimnasium, they fell 2-5.

They concluded the tournament in 10th place overall out of 16 teams.
