After a whirlwind few weeks of U16 school rugby action, we’re excited to unveil the first official school rugby rankings of the 2024 season!
It’s important to note that this initial table reflects the results received so far. Some teams are missing this week due to our reliance on schools submitting their results. Teams with less than 3 recorded matches don’t appear in the rankings at this time.
The competition at the top is fierce! Several teams have displayed impressive early-season form, making it incredibly difficult to separate them at this stage. Nevertheless, with a narrow lead, Paarl Gim holds the coveted No.1 spot in these inaugural school rugby rankings. But their reign at the top promises to be short-lived as the season unfolds and new challenges arise.
