Grey HS were crowned the T20 Warriors School Champs last week with an unbeaten run in the competition. Queens College gave them a good run for their money but at the end Grey HS were too good on the day with George van Heerden and Nick Keevy slapping the bulk of the runs.
SACS however keep the pressure up with their victories over Bishops and Rondebosch and Kearsney, who won the KZN School T20 Challenge when they beat Hilton, find themselves in the top three zone.
Rondebosch’s Quinn van Oordt was in fine form against the touring Marlborough College striking an unbeaten 110 runs last week and Hardus Coetzer hammered his was to 139 runs not out in their victory over Centurion.
