Our learners can participate in tennis, swimming, hockey, football, rugby, netball, athletics, cricket, and cross country. We are also proud to be affiliated with SANESA, promoting equestrian sports, and Western Province School Cycling, encouraging a culture of competitive and recreational cycling.
Our campus boasts an indoor heated swimming pool, enabling year-round swimming training, and a hockey astro with floodlights, which allows evening games and practices. One of our most popular events is our monthly Friday Night Lights hockey matches, which bring excitement and community spirit to the school grounds.
Each year, we host several prestigious sports tournaments, giving our learners opportunities to compete and grow. Two major highlights on our sporting calendar are the Curro Interschools against other Curro schools in the Western Cape and our athletics-focused Curro Podium event. Additionally, the interschools held in Swellendam showcases top-tier athletic talent.
Our winter season is marked by an eagerly anticipated interschools competition against Bonnievale, where the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship shines bright.
