This week, Clifton is making a splash as it hosts its annual National Schoolboy Water Polo Tournament, a premier event that brings together 16 of the country’s top teams. Running from September 24 to 28, the tournament at the Clifton Aquatic Centre is expected to be a festival of elite water polo, school spirit, and community.
This year’s event has a new energy, with the tournament director aiming to elevate the experience for players and spectators alike. The competition is shaping up to be tight, with teams like Hilton, Kearsney, and Westville from KZN, along with powerhouses from other provinces like Reddam House Constantia and Paul Roos Gimnasium, all vying for the title.
