Recently Michaelhouse had their School Golf Championships that took place at Victoria Country Club. The course was in pristine condition, with greens that were quick, and pin positions that were challenging to even the most experienced golfers. Our boys did very well to manage such a challenging course.
The most pleasing aspect of the day was seeing the number of junior boys who took part in the competition.
The top five positions were as follows:
1st Joshua Hoatson (A Block Baines) – 79
2nd Connor Brown (C Block Ralfe) and Oliver Brown (D Block Ralfe) both with 81
4th Samuel Heath (D Block Farfield) – 82
5th Luke Jankowitz (A Block Farfield) – 84
Well done to Joshua who has been crowned as the Champion Golfer of the Year for third consecutive year.
