Outeniqua who have led perhaps the most closely contested age group in the rankings for the entire season needed to beat Paarl Gim in order to remain at the top of the U15 Belgotex Top 100 Rankings.
Sadly for the U15 Kwaggas, although fighting tenaciously against Gimmies, they failed at the end to take home the victory and had to settle for a 28-21 loss in what turned out to be a fiercely contested match.
In the interim Affies successfully completed their season with a win over PBHS and find themselves as the leading team in the U15 rankings for the first time in what has been a terrific season for the team from Pretoria.
