Hilton College slipped down from the top spot after taking two cricketing lessons from Joburg teams at the U15 Independent Schools Festival.
It was St John’s College and St. Stithians who got the better of Hilton College as they inflicted the KZN team’s first defeats of 2018. St Stithians enjoyed a productive week with another big win over Michaelhouse but came unstuck against Jeppe which stunted their progress up the table a little.
KES are in a great vein of form at present with recent wins over St John’s College and Jeppe that once again featured the run machines, Giraudeaux and Momberg. Byron Giraudeaux notched up a great 135 runs against Jeppe and 80 runs in the SJC match, whilst Zack Momberg struck 87 runs versus Jeppe.
Grey High School took care of both SACS and Wynberg which has helped them take the No.1 spot on the Belgotex Sports U15 Rankings for this week.
