Girls U14 Hockey Rankings: The Cut-Off Day Has Arrived!

For many of South Africa’s rising hockey stars, the dream has been clear all season — secure a place in one of the country’s premier U14 tournaments: the Rhenish Top 12 Tournament or the St Cyprians Rising Champions Cup.

Now, with the 12 June 2025 cut-off upon us, the rankings reflect the final standings for qualification. Only teams who submitted results for a minimum of 12 matches were considered, and after a highly competitive first half of the season, the standings have taken shape.

The Top 12 teams will now look forward to competing in the prestigious Rhenish Top 12 Tournament, while those ranked 13 to 24 earn their place at the Rising Champions Cup — a tournament that has quickly become a stage for future hockey greats to shine.

Congratulations to every team that made the cut! Whether you’re heading to Stellenbosch or Cape Town, you’ve earned the opportunity to represent your school with pride and passion.
