Grey College underlined their dominance this year with two resounding victories over the past long weekend to hold onto their Number One position on this week’s Belgotex Sports Top 100 Rankings.

Maritzburg College, the perennial powerhouse of schools hockey enters the Belgotex Top 70 Rankings for the first time this year and immediately put pressure on the leading teams.

Another massive week of rugby across the country!

Oranje Meisies have moved within a whisker of recapturing the No.1 spot on the Belgotex Sports Rankings for this week where we still find St.Mary’s Waverley hanging on to the leading position.

Paul Roos Gym defended their unbeaten status with a resounding win over arch rivals Paarl Gim at the weekend and in so doing close the gap considerably on Grey College who head the Belgotex Sports U16 Rankings for this week.

The top four teams in this week’s Belgotex Sports First XV Top 100 are all unbeaten so far this season which makes for a highly competitive top end of the table.

The Belgotex Sports U14 Rankings are always massively popular mainly because it can give us a hint as to how the future First XV’s is going to look in a few years time.

After the dust has settled following the Easter weekend where many of the leading teams played matches, we have a tightly compacted top 15 which augers well for the standard of hockey that has been played.

Rondebosch hit the top of the Belgotex Sports Top 50 Rankings for this week after a stunning start to the season which has seen them complete 11 matches without tasting defeat yet.
