Jeppe are back in the top five on the SA Schools Top 70 Rankings for this week after a successful campaign which saw the Joburg team winning the Aitken Cup.

St Mary’s Waverley had a great chance to narrow the gap on Oranje Meisies, who are on a break, but struggled to put away St.Andrews who hung on for a 2-2 draw. The result keeps St.Mary’s in second spot on the SA Schools Rankings for this week.

Oranje Meisies enjoyed a couple of wins last week to stretch their unbeaten season to a record 30 matches and remain firmly at the top of this week’s SA Schools Rankings for Girls.

There was a golden opportunity for Westville and Maritzburg College to snatch the top spot on this week’s SA Schools Hockey Rankings but when the dust had settled neither team were able to improve on their standing.

Oranje Meisies regain the No.1 spot this week on the SA Schools Top 70 Rankings after a brace of high scoring victories.

The top ten teams all recorded victories during the past week’s matches which has resulted in a virtually unchanged group leading the SA Schools Top 70 Rankings for this week.

Rondebosch cling on to the leading position on this week’s SA Schools Hockey Rankings for Boys but it is a very tightly bunch top 10 that is bound to still deliver plenty of movement with more results still to be played.

St Mary’s Waverley nudge ahead of Oranje Meisies on this week’s SA Schools Hockey Rankings for girls after extending their unbeaten run to 12 matches.

The Number One spot on the SA Schools Rankings belongs to Rondebosch for this week as they regain the position they held for several weeks earlier in the season.

Rustenburg climb into the top three of the SA Schools Hockey Rankings for Girls after putting together what has been a great season for them so far.

A resurgent Maritzburg College storm into the top three of the SA School Boy’s Hockey Rankings this week after a great Nomads Festival which included a hard fought for victory against Rondebosch.

Oranje Meisies cling on to the top position on the SA Schools Girl’s Hockey Rankings for this week with an intact unbeaten record but they came very close to losing their first match of the season.

It is a fairly stable Top 10 on this week’s Hockey Rankings with Oranje Meisies still leading the pack followed closely by St.Mary’s Waverley and DSG.

Kearsney College climb into the top ten this week on the SA Schools Hockey Rankings after completing a convincing victory against Glenwood.

DSG slip into the heady height of the top three this week on the SA Schools Girl’s Rankings with Oranje Meisies and St. Mary’s Waverley still laying claim to the top two positions.

Rondebosch find themselves on the summit of the SA Schools Hockey Rankings for this week as they have steadily gone about their business in an efficient and clinical fashion in their unbeaten run.

There is little change in the Girls SA Schools Rankings for this week as the dust settles after the St.Mary’s Waverley Festival with many teams enjoying a weekend off, although there were some good results obtained for some of the leading teams.

Pretoria Boys High cemented their place at the top of the SA Schools Rankings this week after a strong showing against the competitive Jeppe side who were forced to concede 3-1 to PBHS.
