This Week’s First Team Basketball Rankings has Kearsney College enjoying life in the top spot however there are several teams in the chasing pack that are serious contenders and could well challenge for higher honours.
Boys Water Polo: This Week's Top 30 Rankings: 21/02/19
SACS are still laying claim to the No.1 spot on this week’s Boy’s Water Polo Rankings but the field has closed on them and it is looking like several teams could well be serious contenders in 2019.
Girl's Water Polo: This Week's Rankings: 21/02/2019
In 2018 it was Pearson who ended the season as the leading team in the country and although they have started well once against we are looking at St Stithians who are taking the No.1 spot for this week on the Water Polo Rankings.
First XI Cricket: The Top 50 Rankings for this week: 19/02/2019
Not as many matches were played last week across South Africa with many teams enjoying a midterm break from action.
However St Andrews College make an entry into this week’s top five zone after stringing together several wins on the trot including a valuable win over Grey High who they managed to beat by 4 wickets.
Grey HS find themselves camping just outside the top 10 of this Week’s First XI Rankings and it was Tiaan van Vuuren who took 4/42 which helped Grey HS get over the line against Selborne College last week.
Travis Norris was in good form for Bishops against the touring Malvern College team from the UK with a classy 82 runs and Tebogo Faas snatched a five for in Wynberg’s win over Affies.
